Purpose and Objectives:

This course provides students chance to explore, design the robotic system that applied in the production environment. Students can also be challenged to optimize the system by playing a role of robotic system engineer.

Particularly target: student from 16 – 18 years old

Knowledge:
• Understand the basic knowledge of robot
• Understand the elements and functions of robot arm
• Understand about basic electrical circuit, such as amplifier, oscillator
• Understand the engineering design process
• Know about dynamics
• Can simulate a control system

Skills:
• Identify types of robot
• Identify the working zone of robot
• Set up and program the robot
• Connect the robot with peripheral devices
• Apply the engineering design process
